Masi

By |April 14th, 2016|

Grappa is a centuries – old distillate and represents the final stage in a cycle that begins with the grapes in the vineyard, continues with special care taken with the grapes at the time of fermentation, and finishes with the use of the pomace, so that nothing is wasted. The wise man draws usefulness and pleasure from the complete cycle.

From a Soft sophisticated white grappa with its delicate and elegant bouquet. Complex tastes but easy to like, and an immediate perception of sweetness on the palate gives way to dry taste and aftertaste. Perfectly balanced. To a full-bodied full – coloured grappa with an intense nose. Typical, spicy, with hints of nuts and honey.

Both ideal as an after dinner drink, either on its own or with dry desserts, dried fruit and chocolate. Its elegant aromas means it has many uses in the pastry – chef’s art.
